At the Christmas Eve gala on December 24, the R&D center transformed into a magical workshop. The centerpiece was a 3.6-meter Christmas tree crafted from CNC machining scraps (comprising 287 precision components), symbolizing corporate standardization through its modular design. The Quality Inspection Team's rendition of "The Song of Mold Masters" infused professional terminology with festive romance through their choral performance.
During the "Time Furnace" event on New Year's Eve, employees cast metal plates inscribed with annual goals into a specially designed furnace (set at symbolic 316°C, honoring stainless mold steel). As the clock struck midnight, the furnace released a solidified AB monogram sculpture, embodying collective wisdom forging the company's future.
In his New Year address, the General Manager emphasized: "Just as precision molds require 0.01mm-level temperature compensation, corporate development needs adjustment through humanistic warmth."
