Utilizing high-transparency PC/PMMA composite materials and nano-level mold polishing technology, we achieve precise wall thickness control of ≤0.2mm for automotive light guide strips. For thick-walled injection-molded parts (wall thickness: 6-15mm), our multi-color + finite element analysis technology overcomes traditional shrinkage marks, increasing product yield to 99.3%. Suitable for LED daytime running lights and full-width taillights, the products pass extreme environment tests from -40°C to 120°C.
